Product Introduction
The solar-powered paddle wheel shrimp and fish aerator is a portable oxygenation device specially designed for large ponds, lakes and other water areas. It combines solar power supply with paddle wheel stirring technology. By floating on the water surface with a floating body and using the rotation of the paddle blades to push the water flow and break the water surface tension, it achieves efficient oxygenation and water circulation.
The core structure includes:
Solar energy system: Photovoltaic panels + battery, storing electricity during the day, providing power on rainy days, no external power supply required.
Paddle aeration component: The paddle blades made of corrosion-resistant materials (such as engineering plastics, stainless steel) splash water and form a water film when rotating, accelerating the dissolved oxygen in the air.
Floating device: High-density float + anchor hook, supporting free movement or fixation, adapting to water level fluctuations;
Intelligent control: Automatically adjust the rotational speed, low-power sleep mode, and extend the equipment's lifespan.
Core Features (for shrimp and fish farming scenarios)
High-efficiency oxygenation to prevent pond overturning
The rotation of the paddle wheel generates vertical water flow, carrying the surface oxygen-rich water (with ultra-saturated dissolved oxygen) into the bottom layer while lifting the bottom anaerobic water to the surface layer, rapidly improving the uniformity of dissolved oxygen throughout the pond (especially during the peak oxygen consumption period of shrimp and fish at night).
Case: The dissolved oxygen at the bottom layer is increased by 2-3mg/L, reducing the risk of "pond flooding" caused by oxygen deficiency, which is suitable for high-density shrimp and fish farming.
Portable and flexible, suitable for large ponds
Lightweight design: The overall weight of the machine is less than 30kg. It can be dragged and moved by a single person without the need to install a foundation. Deployment can be completed within 5 minutes (such as the "anchor hook fixation + floating body floating" design in Abstract 1).
Multi-scenario coverage: Points can be flexibly arranged in the center of the pond and dead corners, solving the limitation of traditional fixed aerators that "increase oxygen locally" (such as the "circulating fresh water" concept of the push-flow aerator in Abstract 4).
Solar-powered, low-cost operation and maintenance
The average daily power consumption is less than 1 kilowatt-hour. The photovoltaic panels are charged for an average of 6 to 8 hours per day, and the battery can support operation for 2 to 3 days on cloudy and rainy days (such as the "solar energy + energy storage" combination in Abstract 1).
There is no complex pipeline, and the impeller design is non-clogging (compared with the clogging problem of micro-porous aeration heads). The annual maintenance cost is less than 1/3 of that of traditional aeration machines (such as the "low failure rate" advantage in Abstract 5).
Eco-friendly and enhance the efficiency of aquaculture
To avoid the secondary pollution caused by chemical oxygenators, the release of phosphorus from the sediment is inhibited through water circulation (such as the "algae prevention" mechanism of the delamination aerator in Abstract 3), and the diseases of shrimp and fish are reduced.
Measured data: After application, the feed intake of shrimp and fish increased by 10%-15%, the growth cycle was shortened by 7-10 days, and the yield per mu increased by 15% (as in the conclusion of "promoting growth" in Abstract 5).
Corrosion-resistant and durable, it can adapt to harsh environments
The float body is made of UV-resistant polyethylene and the paddle blades are made of stainless steel, which is resistant to acid and alkali (suitable for the eutrophic environment of aquaculture water bodies), and has a service life of 5 to 8 years (as described in the "Material Protection" section of Abstract 6).
